Q: Where are you located? A: Our office is located at 2013 Green Acres Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72703. We occupy two suites in the blue and white building - Suite A and Suite C. The first entrance, Suite A, is for clients of Dr. April Bachrodt, Hannah Roble, Haley Cannon, and Tonya Turic. The second entrance, Suite C, is for clients of Dr. Morgan McGowan, Heather Vinti, and Addyson Stipp. Q: What types of issues do you work with? A: Our therapists work with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and PTSD, sexual problems, as well as couples and family therapy, and more.
Q: What ages do you see? A: Our therapists see clients who are adolescents through adulthood. We are happy to offer referrals for children/play therapy.
Q: Do you offer faith-based counseling? A: We do not offer faith-based counseling.
Q: Do you accept insurance? A: Our practice is currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and QualChoice. If you have any questions regarding your benefits, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
Q: What is your hourly rate? A: Out of pocket cost varies based on several factors (insurance versus private pay, deductible, copay, etc.) To discuss fees for therapy, please fill out the Contact form at the bottom of this page. Accepted forms of payment include FSA/HSA cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: What are your hours? A: Therapist availability varies by each therapist, but our team can generally accommodate sessions from 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Our therapists often see clients through typical lunch hours to accommodate lunchtime appointments for clients with an 8-5 schedule.
Q: Do your therapists offer initial consultations over the phone? A: Unfortunately our therapists are not able to provide initial phone consultations to prospective clients due to time constraints, but we are happy to facilitate and/or answer any specific questions you may have for therapist(s) via email prior to booking the first appointment. Q: How long do sessions typically last? A: Each session generally lasts 50-55 minutes to allow therapists to “reset” for a few moments between clients. This break is essential for therapists to refresh and offer grounded presence to each client.
Q: How long can I expect to wait for my first appointment? A: Most often we are able to schedule a new client within a week or two of the initial contact with our front desk, sometimes sooner depending on client flexibility.
Q: Are you available for sessions in the evenings or on weekends? A: Some therapists choose to see clients in the evenings, though all therapists are encouraged to prioritize self-care and may not be available to see clients outside of normal business hours (M-F 8-6).
Q: What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule? A: Appointments canceled/rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance are canceled or rescheduled at no charge. Due to a limited number of available appointment times, late cancellations and ‘no shows’ face a fee equal to that of a regular private pay session. Clients who are unexpectedly unable to attend in person may call the office to request a last minute switch to telehealth (phone or video).
Q: Can you prescribe medication for me? A: Our providers do not prescribe medication, but can consult with your healthcare provider regarding medications as necessary.
Q: Is what I talk about with you confidential? A: Absolutely. With the exception of instances that we are required by law to report (see therapy agreement), everything you tell your therapist will be kept in confidence.
Q: Do you offer phone/video sessions? A: All of our therapists offer phone and video sessions.
